How do I place an order?Ordering from Nurse Actually is simple, easy, and secure. Tap on the item, select color, size, and quantity, then click the "Add to cart" button on the product detail page. The shopping cart page will then display the items in your cart, and will allow you to change the quantity of each item you selected or remove items from the cart. From the "Shopping Cart" page you can either proceed to checkout or continue shopping.

How do I track my order?You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes an order and tracking number, You can follow the link provided in that email or go to USPS.com and click Tracking and enter the tracking number.

How do I return merchandise?Please go to our online Shipping & Returns page for our policy and instructions on returning and shipping items back to us.

How do I view my past orders?You will need to log in and visit My Account to view your previous orders. Once you visit My Account you can find any orders associated with the email address used to make purchases from the account under the "Order History" section.

What is a FInal Sale?All items marked "FInal Sale" are either clearance or discontinued items that are being removed from our inventory and will no longer be available. Coupons cannot be used on these items and they are NOT eligible for return, exchange, or credit. If a "Final Sale" item is defective when received please contact our sales department.

Does Nurse Actually offer discount coupons?At various times throughout the fiscal year, we will occasionally have special promotions or offer discounts on our select merchandise. When this happens a promotion code will be displayed on the site. On the "Checkout" page, enter the special code in the "Promo Code" box and click "Apply" to update your order subtotal. Limit one coupon code or promo code per order.
